15th-19th September 2024 WONTON 2024: 9th Workshop on Nanotube Optics & Nanospectroscopy
The WONTON workshops have a longstanding tradition of bringing together scientists from around the world who are working on carbon nanotubes and other low-dimensional materials. The first WONTON was held in Telluride (USA) in 2005 and since then took place in several locations in Europe, Asia and North America. We are delighted to bring this international workshop to the beautiful and historic city of Heidelberg (Germany) in 2024.
The spectroscopic and optical properties of carbon nanotubes and low-dimensional materials (e.g., 2D and van der Waals materials) and their applications, e.g., in bioimaging and optoelectronics will be at the heart of all keynote, invited and contributed talks as well as the poster sessions. Our goal is to bring together scientists from different backgrounds and foster the active exchange of methods, concepts and ideas.
